"Small room (typical in Japan), but efficient use of space. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were flat and not soft enough. Front desk staff didn't understand English completely, but they were still helpful. It was a pretty good location--close to subway stations, restaurants, and Tokyo Tower. "

"Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean facilities! Just beware, the room is super super small as many are in Tokyo. It is not where all the action/congestion is and is in a business district with plenty of places to eat, train station is close and you can be in shinjulku or shibuya in 10 minutes. Overall a nice place to stay!"

"TLDR: This is a perfectly acceptable hotel. Nothing too special, nothing bad. The Roppongi area is incredibly expensive, so I do not recommend staying here if you are on a budget (especially if you want a quick bite to eat like me, who did not research enough). The room was tiny (even for Japan) yet comfortable, and the HVAC was nice. The TV didn't really do anything unless you want to pay for a random TV service, but there were lots of freebies. "

"I’ve always chosen to come back here whenever I drop by in Tokyo. The open-air bath is great place to unwind after a long day and it’s located near a station for ease of commuting via the Hibiya and Oedo Lines. A shoutout to the staff who attended to my panic call for something which I left in the room when I checked out. I’m just so glad that it was found and returned back to me."
