"This hotel is clean and modern. Location was great, close to Dotonbori area restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and the amenities and snacks in the lobby were great. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet too! Everything was delicious."

"The room was neat and nice. The staff was kind and the property was clean. The treat in the lobby was really nice, and the amenities were good. My kids loved the pancakes at breakfast. The coffee at breakfast was really nice as well. The view out the window was the Toyoko inn sign haha, but also a city view. The only complaint i have is that when picking up my luggages a large rowdy tourist group came in while i was unlocking my luggages. No one seemed to be properly managing and directing...

"Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you. "
