Perfect location, near to everything food, shopping, and massages. Hotel was going through renovation…this my third visit and can’t wait to see renovation improvement completion. Definitely will be back!

We had a nice, pleasant stay. We liked how it was connected to the shopping corridor and a short walk to dontonburi and a few minutes walk to the Namba train station.

I didn’t stay here exactly I was trying to cancel my reservation but what I did notice upon arrival is the hotel elevator smelled like cigarettes but it’s convenient because everything is nearby

We enjoyed our stay (family of 4 with children aged 10 and 12). Amazing location just a few minutes from the station, and on a street full of restaurants, very close to shopping areas also. Could not have hoped for a better location. The area near Namba Station is great, so much to see. The hotel was very tired, ie the carpet was very old, but it didn't bother us because of the location. No spare pillows or duvets were available which was unfortunate. Good to have a coffee machine in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is only 3mins walk from Namba station (walk from Takashimaya). Its in a bustling street with tons of dining options and pharmacies. However. Hotel is dated and it shows in the room. Staff are ok and they helped me with my yamato service. The best part of this hotel is the location.

Great location, right near Dotonbori. Right along Namba eatery and Namba walk. Only thing I didn’t like was that the toilet kind of stunk and made a lot of noise.

It’s near to everything. My only dislike is the sorrounding now coz alot of people are smoking everywhere unlike before that there’s a designated smoking area.

Location is fantastic, but the hotel, from all the hotels we stayed during the vacations it was low standard . We ask for breakfast, and there wasn’t. The hotel has to be updated. Beds were not as comfortable as expected. Expedia sells it up to 6 persons, and no way. There are 3 single beds and one sofa. So max 4. As said the best part is the location, just go outside and enjoy Osaka.

Convenient spot close to dining, shopping, quiet, spacious room, though it had and old room smell, had to leave AC and air purifier for a while for it to go away, all in all a great spot to choose when Dotonbori is in your itinerary, I travelled with my wife and 3 kids and this hotel offers a lot of convenience due to location
