This is a very clean hotel, with friendly staff. There are a lot of ammenties in the hotel. It's very close to the Osaka-shin station and there's a Lawson's next door!

The walk was a little far for children but manageable for adults. The hotel is located in the opposite direction from the JR platform of Shin-Osaka so if planning to use JR trains, account for an extra 5 to 10 minutes to get to the other side.

Very close to Shin-Osaka Station and there is a Lawson convenience store right next door which was very good for us as we arrived near midnight and needed some food. Only blip was we were given a room which happened to be occupied by someone else and we only found out when we opened the door. Had to go back to reception to give us a new room which was a hassle as we had luggage and 2 children.

Location is a quite a bit of walk from the station, around 10 minutes. If it’s rainy season, don’t forget to bring umbrella. The rooms is equipped with a fridge and other amenities are by the lobby, you can just take as needed. We ordered a taxi to take us to the airport and 10 minutes later we called to cancel because it was very over priced. But we cannot cancel it, until one of our family members who speaks Japanese talked to the Taxi Manager, then was not succesful, then the Manager’s Manager also not succesful, then the 3rd Manager said ok but hesitantly. So there you go haha no bending rules here even after 10 minutes. Because the rule was no refund after dispatch. But we call around 10 am for 7 pm pick up, so technically no taxi has been dispatched yet. I think they can do a better customer service because it’s really not a big deal, if we called an hour or so before the dispatch time then it makes sense for no refund. The hotel is clean has an onsen and sauna which was great after a long day.
