The facility itself has nice amenities as for its breakfast options, free amenities and wine options. However, the room was uncomfortably small and the TV in the room was borderline unusable. The location is pretty far from most attractions in Osaka so not ideal for travelers

This hotel had a lovely space but very limited floor space so keep that in mind if you have more than two check in suitcases. Overall, staff were friendly and accommodating.

Good location, excellent staff and service, and the amenities are great too. Only downside are the rooms are very, VERY, small - even for my family who are all below average in size! However, they still manage to pack a lot in the room.

The hotel is well presented and the facilities are as expected. My only note is that the elevator is slow and not well programmed given the number of stories and guests.

Location was nice and safe. Hotel room was very small with only a plug in air conditioning unit that would shut off in the middle of the night. Breakfast was great. Staff would not provide extra pillows.

Great stay, very close to Osaka station and metro. Rooms look smaller than shown on the photographs on website but overall ok. Amenities are great as well
