"The place is clean and close to shin Osaka if you need to take JR to travel between cities. But, the sound proof is poor. You hear a lot of noise from the hallway and the rooms beside you. Although they seem well staff (there is always someone in the lobby to greet you) but they are certainly not very helpful. I guess not in the SOP to help you figure out small things in Japan. "
