"Ocean front house was wonderful. Everything was top notch. We had plenty of space in the unit, and the food cooked by the Teresa daily was wonderful. We felt spoiled. Amazing views and very relaxing. Access to all the different beach clubs was great. We also did a trip to the nearby islands to snorkel which was super fun. Additionally, it’s right next to the gate to town with a bunch of restaurants we enjoyed. Highly recommend this unit. Owner, concierge and staff were all Wonderul."

"We loved this property! Being able to walk right out to the pool and beach was a real bonus. We usually had the pool area to ourselves. The walk down to surf lessons, shops, restaurants and a few shops was very convenient. It was as pictured and very clean. A water cooler was supplied too. "Our first time in Punta Di Mita. Loved the town and were thoroughly impressed with our condo. Big and right on the beach. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Eloisa made check in and check out easy. The waves were perfect for our teenage boys to start surfing and they also kept busy walking through town with friends when not surfing. "This was the cutest little condo, right in town. The plus sides were the kitchenette, two beds, two baths, balcony, convenient location to the beach, the town square and so many restaurants, cafes and shops. Unfortunately, the location also meant that it was ridiculously loud until about 1-2am every night. Even closing all windows and using ear plugs couldn’t drown out the noise. So, unless you enjoy trying to sleep in the middle of a really loud party, I’d suggest finding a location further...

"Beautiful home in quiet area, the best part were the amazing views. Close enough to restaurants/bars but not right in the middle of it. We easily drove the golf cart to restaurants and main area at night and walked during the day. Across the street is the access to the beach, not the main beach area so it is a little quieter.
