"Punta Sayulita is a very unique community. Nested in beautiful trees and vegetation with stunning sea views and a fantastic Club House. Casa Kocomo is lovely, very nice rooms with views and a nice pool. The best thing was to have Chaito and her team cook us breakfast and delicious lunches, followed by wonderful Margaritas done by Enrique. It felt like a 5 star resort. "Casa Escapar el Frio was a wonderful spot for our family to gather. We loved the layout and the kids spent many hours in the pool. The location is very good in Bucerías with easy access to the beach, zona Dorado and good restaurants. "This is a super unique home overlooking Sayulita! I would suggest a golf cart rental is a must to go back and forth to town. The hills and turns up to the home are much easier with a golf cart than in a rental car. Bonnie does have space for parking two carts! As with many houses in the area, there are many stairs to the home and I'd suggest packing in bags that are easy to carry up steep stairs. "This property is a 10/10. The concierge communication before arriving to set everything up and when we checked in made it so easy. The house has everything you need, is spacious and comfortable, a great outdoor space, and the most beautiful sunrise view. Rosa really made our week with her delicious breakfasts and help every morning. Easy to get to anything in Punta Mita and enjoy all the beach clubs.
