"I am big fan of RIU and I use the ones in Cancun more. This one RIU Jalisco was good but not great. No waiters at the pool. The second day I stayed they didn’t bring me new clean towels. And also the sink and the wc were clogged. A bit disappointed of this RIU. Very probably I won’t come back to this one and I won’t recommend it to my traveler friends. "

"Property at high level, staff very polite and welcoming. Very very clean, everything works ( AC,tv,escalators, in bathroom). Excellent pool. Nice beach. Negative side: annoying karaoke, poor variety of food, for some reason you have to sign bill for every dinner even if you have all inclusive package. Ideal for older couples. Overall this hotel is a good choice. Very good for my family."

"This resort was beautiful. The architecture and the art work were amazing. The beach front was small and rocky which we didn’t enjoy and didn’t want to enter the ocean because of that. The food options were great. The problems we were having with the resort were the elevators weren’t working always. We had to walk quite far to have an elevator that was functioning. "Excelent value for the price. Beautiful beach setup with chairs, beds and umbrellas. Very nice staff, good food, family oriented. Hotel is a bit outdated but kept very clean. Everyone tries to be helpful even that most of the staff dont speak English. I enjoyed beeing surrounded by the Mexicen families with very well behaved kids.
