"We had a great time at the condo - the views were absolutely incredible! We were on first floor which at first I thought might be a problem but turned about being great. The place is nice and quiet.Town was about a 5 -10 minute walk and was lit the whole way.I would say our two challenges were the 2nd bedroom has an interior building view of storage area which was a bit unclear online. "Been to Nuevo many times. Stayed up and down the beach from Estancia to Paradise Village. We loved this trip the most. Third condo we have stayed at in Playa Royale and this was our favorite. Amazing view. Well equipped. The staff on the beach and all over the complex were amazing. We will be back. "

"Terrific condo in the best part of town. Close to everything and condo is very well stocked with everything you need and more. Building is quiet and pool area was perfect for our family of four. Only two small things that did not really affect the trip for us, but could be important for others: 1) the two en-suite bathrooms do not have a door that separates them from the bedrooms. Could be awkward; and 2) the restaurant a few buildings down plays loud music with big bass from about 12 noon daily...
