"Everything was great but there are 2 things I wish were corrected. The TV selection was horrible. We have stayed in several locations in Mexico and never had a issue. The second is bathrooms. It seems there was a lack of bathrooms."

The only two, very nitpicky problems, were 1) the location is far from many attractions and it's a 40 min drive to downtown, and 2) some of the lounge chairs in the pool areas have seen better days."

"The food was very good, there are lots of supper options for restaurants. There are lots of pool options with 3 pools, heated or natural both avaliable. There is a hot tub, tennis, ping pong, fooseball, beach volleyball and activites throuough the day. It is about 25-30 mins from puerto vallarta for shopping, so keep that in mind. You can book excusions through the hotel, Jose is the best to work with. If you choose vallarta adventures you can leave through the nuevo vallarta port which is about 5 mins away."

"Everything about this property was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend visiting ! The staff were incredible, the communication was top tier. Transportation throughout the whole property was easy and certainly convenient. They also provided me a pregnancy pillow which made sleeping and lounging around in the bed and day bed so comfortable for me. I thought that gesture was very helpful. The importance to catering to our needs was the top of their list! We will certainly be coming back! "
