"Location was great with good dining options close by. Shower was small and took a while for hot water to come on. Heating/cooling was a challenge-- room was either too hot or it would cool down too much and too quickly. Staff was very helpful and provided some recommendations on dining in the area. Could not get TV to link to our streaming throughout our stay."

"This is a great location for those who want to avoid the crowds of Times Square, etc. The staff was top-notch- friendly & professional & helpful. It’s a smaller hotel which means you won’t wait long for an elevator & both elevators worked! The rooms were big by NYC standards. Will definitely stay here again! "

"If you’re looking for a hotel that is perfect walking distance from Times Square, Fifth Avenue, and other tourist locations in New York, this hotel is perfect for you! This hotel was walking distance to our Broadway show and all excursions for the weekend. Incredibly helpful and friendly stuff. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Prettier in the pictures. When I visited the neon Freehand sign was busted. The hallways and rooms were very dimly lit. The room had no view. And I was charged a resort fee for an onsite restaurant that was "closed for a private event" and a bar that was closed for the month. "
