"Pleased with the choice of hotel being the peak season as easily walkable to the centre. They had a problem it seems with the previous guests so the carpet was wet and being disinfected. Not their fault. But not so pleasant for us. The bathroom and hotel are a bit tired. Could do with a freshen up. "

The television was a good size and the room looked out at a pretty courtyard garden. The downsides of the hotel would be the exterior and some of the communal areas are looking a bit dated and tired. "Property was good. Nice and quiet. The rooms were a little disappointing. The second floor had a very unusual smell that was not favorable. When we walked into our room the smell Intensified. We thought it would air out over the course of our stay. After the second day it was complete unbearable. It smelled like someone had cooked fish and left it in the sink or something. We brought it up to house keeping and the front desk and the said they would see what they could do. But nothing ever got...
