"The location is amazing. We stayed in room 508, with a panoramic window. An incredible view of the mountains and queenstown. The staff were incredible, especially the lead bartender at happy hour. Breakfast was much better than others we've experienced at other hotels over the last couple of years."

"Great location and a great suite! Staff left the lights on with the windows open, so when we arrived there were bugs everywhere…everywhere!! They cleaned the next morning but my kids were horrified and it was very uncomfortable to sleep. No one could clean because it was late. The rest of our stay was great. The suite’s layout was perfect and our view was awesome. The furnishings were worn and could use replacing. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Ramada. Rooms are a good size and well appointed. We were pleasantly surprised with our room which included a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The bed was very comfortable. Considering its central location it was very quiet. A short enjoyable walk to the lake and shopping area. The attached restaurant serves excellent pizza. Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed at the 2 bedroom Paradise unit with a lake view which was fantastic. The rooms were rustic chic and the overall vibe was excellent. Things that bothered me a little bit-Parking was hit or miss and sometimes you had to park far away. Some of the basic toiletries had to be requested for (you have to go and get them). I get the eco friendly part but for pete's sake put a latch in the toilet door when you rent out 2 or 3 bedroom units. I spent three nights there."
