"Property was good. Nice and quiet. The rooms were a little disappointing. The second floor had a very unusual smell that was not favorable. When we walked into our room the smell Intensified. We thought it would air out over the course of our stay. After the second day it was complete unbearable. It smelled like someone had cooked fish and left it in the sink or something. We brought it up to house keeping and the front desk and the said they would see what they could do. But nothing ever got...

"Great location for a fantastic view of the lake! Easy to find on main road into Queenstown. Large spacious room, quiet and clean. Fully self contained apartments, great for families. Parking out front. Located about 5kms from Queenstown centre, so we had a car but also local bus stop right out front. Best view of the lake and long walking track along the front of the apartments. Wine bar close by and pop up brewery. 2kms to other large shopping complex and not far from airport. We would...

"The wifi was non-existent. The owner made us feel uncomfortable when we were using the kitchen and he was not a people person. It did have a beautiful view from the dining room though. It seemed over priced compared to other places we have stayed."
