"We enjoyed our stay at this unique location. The view was outstanding and we were very comfortable here. The steep driveway is not for everyone, but our vehicle was small and we’re good at using mirrors to reverse. Hey, this town boasts the steepest street in the world! We navigated it alright.The location is a quick drive to the central part of Dunedin, the St Clair Hot Salt Pool, and Lamarck Castle. A lovely drive to the end of the peninsula to see the albatross and penguins, too."

When we arrived the place and views were beautiful and Lynne was very accommodating without being intrusive. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough! "Quiet street, out of the bustle of the harbor area and a 11 min steep, steep walk to all the action. It was perfect for us; we were able to walk to eat, gondola and Kiwi Experience Park easily. 15 min to the airport."

"Property is well located up a really step hill but the views make the walk worth it. The unit is a good size for a couple or small family but needs a lot of TLC. No ceiling fans or air con in downstairs bedroom which gets really hot and no screens on any doors or windows so hard to cool the place down. Broken door handles, curtains coming off the tracks, skirting boards broken - basic maintenance needed."
