"It was fabulous - extremely well equipped kitchen, private, quiet. The cottage had many extras that you usually do not find in a rental property. Has private yard, BBQ, jacuzzi tub, oven, full size frig, Nespresso, everything we wanted and more. Hosts are very nice and extremely helpful and accommodating. Excellent stay in everyway."

"Chris is a good host. The general decor is very intriguing. She is a prolific gardener, so flowers are a key in her decorating. Some concerns about walking to the designated VRBO area and crossing from the bedroom, which is detached, across to the bathroom and other rooms at night or in inclement weather. With all that said, I would stay there again."

"I could put up photos of the amazing view of Glenorchy and the surrounds but chances are that you've already seen them and are now looking for a place to stay. The Lake House is comfortable and situated very close to the lake. This is both a good thing and a bad thing. Good because it's close to walk and get a better view down the lake or up towards the mountains where sections of LoTR was filmed. "For us too close to a main road and therefore too noisy - i wish a plan or similar of the site when booking informed us of this, also in this regard so we could choose a unit from the several there. However, to balance things the unit itself is really excellent, clean and well equipped and the owners have tried to plant a pleasant area around the units. It was dog friendly which we appreciated."
