This was our first trip to Queenstown and The Crowne Plaza was the best location. The hotel is toasty warm on a cold day & the staff are extremely welcoming. We had booked lake view room & our views over Lake Wakatipu & Queenstown were premium. We had the best time and already planning to come back again Thank you!

Had to fight for decent view despite being shown amazing pictures online. (Originally on first floor with view of an alley, which is hard to do when the property is on a picturesque bay on one side and has mountains on the other.
