"Being a former convent converted to a hotel gave it a unique vibe. Loved the daily wine and cheese happy hour, pool/hot tub, and the AC and wifi worked well. Everything was tidy and clean, excellent Old Town location you could walk everywhere. Staff was responsive. "

"The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The doormen/concierge were also friendly and helpful, especially Miguel. The restaurant seemed understaffed but the food was delicious. The room was great and the location can't be beat. I would definitely recommend Hotel Rumbao and if I'm ever in San Juan again I would gladly stay here!"

Access to the beach and the adult pool area was great to have. Staff was very attentive and helpful. I would love to return to this hotel and would recommend it."
