"I love, love, loved the staff. You can tell they really love their job. The Hotel is very safe. There is always staff at the doors. One day a man was walking behind us without us even realizing and staff stop the guy right away. Staff followed him and the policy was called. This hotel is walking distance to Restaurants and Shopping. The hotel rooms can use a little upgrading but other than that I had a great stay. "

"In casino at tables dealers weren’t friendly at all. Played at several tables and dealers were all the same unfriendly as well as drink service was almost nonexistent."

"The hotel is located in a resident neighborhood. So far it is quiet and convenience to highway. Staffs are nice and room service breakfast is good. Room is big enough and clean, however there is no pictures or any decorations on the wall and the wall color is in dark grey (so plain) . Windows is high and some view is blocked by the headboard of the bed. All these made me feel blue. "
