"For our 1st time needing to leave San Juan early, I will tell everyone about your hotel. Only disappointment was we didn't know about the restaurant on the 2nd floor. Maybe add that to the desk area in the room, not just the room service. We walked back to the airport and had a sandwich. "

"Top notch from start to finish. Greeted warmly at check-in, no wait for room. Service was excellent. Kids loved the pool area. The shuttles to beach, OSJ very convenient. Breakfast good. We will be back for sure!"

"The staff were amazing here. Especially Joel at the valet services, he is top notch! The staff make this place truly enjoyable, it is clean and safe. Prices for food/drink are expensive but thats what you get in this area and similar to other parts. Highly recommend going across the street for some of the small places to eat like the taco place directly across or Kane. Also walk down to the lagoon and check for manatee! "
