"Beautiful property with great proximity to everything. All things considered, we didn’t really mind the elevator being out of commission for repairs. Definitely would love to come back again and hang out on the rooftop to watch the sunset/sunrise! "

"This was my first stay at the Inn and I was delighted. The remodeling is gorgeous and classy. I had a Superior Suite with a queen bed, sofa bed in the sitting area, and two full bathrooms. The kitchenette had a microwave and refrigerator. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I stayed three nights to see the San Francisco Ballet next door at the War Memorial Opera House - the most convenient hotel for the Opera House. "

"Wonderful location in middle of union square. Can walk everywhere. Note: quite a few homeless in the area but no issues. Hotel was friendly, helpful and we encountered some initial problems with our room (heat and drain) but they quickly fixed by moving us to an equal room. The spa floor is beautiful. The valet and security are terrific and so friendly. Rooms are roomy and comfortable. Very nice stay. Note- they do a vacation resort sales pitch at checkin but not pushy if you aren’t...

"Who ever checked me in deserves a raise, she was super kind, allowed me to pick me own room. I was celebrating my birthday and they gave me a bottle of white wine to celebrate! 10 out of 10 would recommend this resort "

"The room and amenities are generally all great, esp for families that need a kitchenette. The pool, restaurants and flat turf areas for young kids to run around we're perfect for us. The only thing lacking is probably the pace of service. They mentioned they were short staffed, so asking for additional items like blankets, towels, taking out the trash, etc. took the full day and additional reminders to get the items in."
