"It was exactly want we wanted. Close to relatives. Levi was especially professional upon check-in. We didn't catch the name of the young woman who checked us out but she was outstanding.Suggestion: on the weekend of Daylight Saving time you need to have more flexibility on the breakfast hours. We almost missed the cut-off time. "

"Omg amazing experience at this hotel would definitely go again only thing was the parking there company parking valet was 50 a day or the public parking and that was 30 dollars and if you leave someone can take your spot and you would have to pay again but otherwise the stay was fantastic wonderful hotel "

Great location and check in staff

"Great hotel, well positioned to walk to Universal Studios. Also a shittle available from the hotel. Check in staff were fantastic. Bar and restaurant staff could do with some customer service training considering you have to tip regardless of their quality of service. Overall the hotel was great. "
