The reception guy I believe Perk it is name, from India, very good and outstanding service, he is the best, but everyone else was fantastic, I really appreciate the service we received in front desk, they booked taxi to train station and was there on time, great great service .

Lovely welcoming staff, clean rooms with comfy beds and blackout shutters. Hotel generally needs some repairs (bathroom door didn’t shut, chipped bathtub etc) but would still highly recommend. Adjacent to Hyde park and very close to a tube station.

Great location across from Hyde Park, close to tube stations and bus stops to popular areas.shower has no shelving to hold supplies. If washcloths are important to you, bring your own. Has morning buffet with a special price prepaid the night before with good choices available.

Lovely hotel
Hotel was lovely and staff were really helpful and polite. Everything we needed was available and breakfast was delicious. The location was great, right opposite Hyde Park and wish we could've stayed longer.
