"Super convenient to Paddington Station, Heathrow Express and underground. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and other transport for getting around London. We had a very large, clean room in the new tower. Beautiful bathroom with double vanity. Our friends weren’t so fortunate. They were in main building basement and had a horror of a room…musty, damp with steps in various areas. Definitely ask to stay in new tower!"

"The location is fantastic. Just a few minutes walk to Paddington Station. It is a beautiful building in the room was clean and comfortable. It took a while to figure out the heating in the room. The check-in staff were so friendly and helpful but the evening staff were not so much.
