"I am coeliac so required gluten free options for breakfast. A member of staff showed me what I could have and seemed to understand cross contamination. He made gf toast for me each morning and there was enough choice for cooked breakfast, fruit, yoghurts etc. No cereal but maybe if I’d asked... The outside of the building, seen through bedroom windows, was badly flaking and in need of update. Inside was fine - especially liked the heated bathroom floor."

"All the staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help. The room was lovely, complimentary water, milk, drinks and treats. Clean and tidy, good facilities. "Super convenient to Paddington Station, Heathrow Express and underground. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and other transport for getting around London. We had a very large, clean room in the new tower. Beautiful bathroom with double vanity. Our friends weren’t so fortunate. They were in main building basement and had a horror of a room…musty, damp with steps in various areas. Definitely ask to stay in new tower!"

"Overall, a nice property and great service, but 2 notable exceptions. TV system displays over 200 channels, most of which have no content. For example, no BBC channels worked. Secondly, the 2 persons in charge of the breakfast service that I encountered seemed rather unapproachable. I took comfort that was not just for me, it was pretty consistent for everyone who arrived and went to give their room number. Quite surprising in comparison to all the other staff. Despite this, I would book again."
