"Very nice hotel, we had the 1 bedroom Spa Suite which had a jacuzzi tub and separate walk in shower in the bathroom and a living area separate from the bedroom."

Manny the restaurant manager introduce the menu favorites and best rates applicable, along with brotherly conversation, and Arley my house keeping friend was so sweet and kind, that I did not want to leave!, But my question was How or why did I not receive any points or rewards for my extended stay?"
