"Check-in was quick but when we got to our room it smelt like cigarette smoke. Even though there’s a no smoking policy. But staff were nice enough to switch rooms which was better. Other than that everything else was fine."

"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "
