"The hotel is in a great location within a couple of minutes walk from Buckingham palace. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, we had a bottle of Prosecco on arrival which was a lovely touch and the kitchen area was a nice extra. The room was large for London and very clean. Due to circumstances of our stay we opted for a late check out and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful to accommodate us."
