"Amazing hotel, stayed in 2 before. Despite cosy size they dont feel small. Def go for an external room not internal. Partial gimpse of tower of london from room. Bed massive and comfy (pillows could be softer). Shower amazing and so quiet (floor 7). Rooftop bar a + also although not cheap cocktails amazing. Gf coffee shop v good for breakfast."

"The staff was very friendly and we were able to check into both our rooms when we arrived early. The only drawback is a couple of the twin beds that mattresses were slightly lumpy but didn’t really bother us as we were tired from our full days out and about! You can not beat this location!
