Staff were friendly and helpful (I managed to check in very early, which I was very grateful for!), the room was well maintained, and the WiFi was great both in the room and in the restaurant/lounge/bar area. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment, but the fish and chips was very nice and service was quick. It’s further from Kings Cross station than I expected (about a 15-20 minute walk), but that’s my own fault for not double checking...

"The best part about this hotel is the location. Great spot for walking to either shops in SoHo or Mayfair. Hotel itself is nice. Tacky, but in an entertaining way. Room was comfortable, but was noisy. Could hear everything in the hall and through the walls. Bed was a-mazing (best part of the room), but the shower was a bit dirty. It smelled a little like ammonia and you could hear/feel the old water squishing under the shower flooring when you stepped in before you turned the water on. Also...

"Marriot Marble Arch is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation with a few bus stops right in front and the closest tube station about a 10 min walk. We were very pleased with the management as they were able to move us to a different room when we reported heating was broken in our room.
