"I have stayed there three times. Twice with my 80 year old father and once with my teenage son. It is an amazing area, in the middle of all tourist things. Easily walkable to main attractions and close to the subway or over boat The staff are absolutely amazing every time. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. "

"Had the loveliest stay here. The staff are so kind and welcoming. The room was more than comfortable with all the amenities and even items if you forgot something. A nighttime tea on the pillow and heated bathroom floor was the icing on the cake. Very conveniently located and was able to easily walk to several sights. Highly recommend!"

"Dont book here, the place is horrible, doesnt look anything like the pictures, you have to give a £250 deposit on top of paying. In a horrible part of london, no one in the businees speaks english proerly. Very difficult to deal with and only interested in your money. Disgusting mess of an apartment, no hand rails to use to walk up the stairs, big glass panals everywhere when walking in, bedrooms a mess, dirt everywhere. Dont anyone ever use thsi place."

"Phoned from train to find out about key pickup. Arranged 3pm outside Tescos at Victoria Dock where someone would meet us. We were there at 2.55pm. At 3.20 nobody had arrived. Phoned again contact. They would phone their staff member as he could be in building. 10 to 15 minutes later voice from building shouted my name. He was our key contact. Went into reception.
