"Check-in was not very smooth. I think that I could not check in without the help of local friends. I can not recommend it for those who are not good at English. The facility is in a clean and convenient location. There is a staircase at the entrance to enter this room. It's a very steep angle. I can not use a wheelchair."

"Phoned from train to find out about key pickup. Arranged 3pm outside Tescos at Victoria Dock where someone would meet us. We were there at 2.55pm. At 3.20 nobody had arrived. Phoned again contact. They would phone their staff member as he could be in building. 10 to 15 minutes later voice from building shouted my name. He was our key contact. Went into reception.
