"This might be the smallest room I have ever stayed at. Outside of the size and some stains on the top sheet everything else was terrific. Very close to 2 metro stations and plenty of pubs and restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay there again!"

"The staff were all excellent and professional. The food in restaurant was very good as well. The breakfast buffet was excellent, so many options to choose from and everything is quality. The bed was very comfortable in a spacious room. Westfield shopping centre is 10 minute walk away which is just past the Shepherds Bush tube station. We really enjoyed our long weekend and will definitely be going back."

All the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The location is excellent for getting around and seeing all the sights with Gloucester Road tube station across the road.
