"This is an old hotel but the friendly staff and the great breakfast make up for any short comings. We did have an issue with the room being cold when we arrived and it took a while to warm up."

"No breakfast. No place to leave key after early checkout . If not offering breakfast for winter. Must advertise this. Considering price room was very clean . Bed to hard for my liking. Pillows very small this is unusual."

"Staff are awesome. Joey at the front desk personable, warm, friendly. He recommended a restaurant that we had overlooked, great recommendation. Valet was terrible- busy but it took an hour to get our car. The room was fine, but little amenities were disappointing. Upgraded to balcony, cannot open door to balcony, hot and cold water backwards, little things that feel rushed in construction/renovation. Will come back because of the staff!"
