We mentioned we had purchased food items because we expected to have the fridge. And he didn't respond. So our food spoiled and our plans for having a few things in our room were ruined. "They didn’t have good WiFi. It was in fact unuseable. Staff just made excuses but all guests we spoke to couldn’t use/connect to WiFi. I chose this hotel because it said WiFi - I had work to do as our stay was for 6 nights. "
