"We arrived early a.m. direct from the airport. Staff were happy to give us some space to open luggage, freshen up and change. They then stored our luggage so that we could get on with our day and check in properly later. Our apartment should have had a washing machine but it was not present. Within a few minutes we had been given a different room with full facilities. The accommodation was roomy, clean and perfect for our needs. The staff were great and always prepared to go the extra mile "
