"Room was a good size for a grown family of 4, clean and spacious. It does have quite a few stairs if mobility was an issue for you. We weren't told that we had to pre-book a car space so had to pay for parking nearby. You will need a car or be prepared for a walk to get to Auckland attractions. "

"Absolutely gorgeous views of the harbor from our room. Beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and room just perfect. Quiet air conditioning and cool whenever we needed. Enjoyed the bar area to gather at night and lounge watching tne Australian Open on tv with drinks. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Excellent location! I stayed a week so I loved that there was a grocery store and lots of restaurants close by. Also, the fact our room had a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, etc) and a washer & dryer was great. All the staff (Front desk and cleaning) were very friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again!! "

"We had a nice 2 night stay in a room with 2 double beds. The hotel was very basic, but clean, comfortable, and had good amenities. Complimentary parking was ideal. The continental breakfast was sufficient. It would have been better with coffee that was not instant. There are also laundry facilities. There is a grocery store just across the street and we were very close to all the activities we had planned. The staff was very helpful and kind. It was a comfortable stay. "
