"We had a great stay at the Reef Beachfront Apartments. We were upgraded from a pool level 2 BR, 2 BA apartment to one on the 3rd level with a view of the Mount (though not the ocean, which was fine). The apartment was enormous! It was also very clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed: a large balcony with a table/chairs and sun umbrella, a full kitchen stocked with glassware, plates, pots, pans, etc, and (best of all) a full size washer and dryer. The location was great, just across from a swimming beach. It was a beautiful 20-30 minute walk into town and there was a great little cafe about a 5-7 min walk away. New World was about a 5-10 min walk. Free garage parking was an added bonus. We didn't end up using the pool or hot pool but both looked lovely. We'd stay here again."

"Close to Baypark Arena where we had an event. Please note: the speedway is loud because it’s close BUT they finish at a reasonable time so it doesn’t keep you awake etc. Nice room, we had a mezzanine floor with queen bed upstairs, everything else was on the bottom floor. Room had everything we needed and the small kitchen is well stocked. The property has guest laundry which is always a plus for us and the heated pool was lovely, just warmer than body temp. It is quite deep in the middle so you must get in with your kids. Our only minus is that the lighting is sparse in the unit so it feels quite dark at times. However it’s great value for money and walking distance from the pools and Bayfair so we’re booked in to stay again in 6months time. "

"We loved Mount Maunganui, and the location of Atrium Apartments is ideally located between the cute town and the Mount, as well as steps from the beach. Our room had views of both the bay and the ocean/beach. The amenities were great and we made use of the pool, hot tub, gym, sauna and the walkway to the beach. This location is very close to the trailhead to hike to the top of the Mount, which we enjoyed doing in the mornings, and we loved some beach time in the afternoons. Our apartment was well stocked with kitchenware and the layout was great. The bed was a little “soft” for my preference, but everything overall was very clean and comfortable with great views. We would return. "
