"Brilliant, convenient hotel for our Abba Voyage trip"

"Overall my five nights stay in this hotel was great and will be back since my family lives there. Location is excellent. Front desk staff needed to be more patient. I have prepaid all my nights in the hotel with a third party. The lady in the front insisted that it was not prepaid, charged my husband's credit card. When I went downstairs to clarify with my bank statement and my paid invoices she still insisted that I was wrong. A gentleman called Philip came and within 5 seconds he said I have already paid through a third party. Philip acted very professionally and he apologized for her errors."

"I’m always sceptical when a hotel names itself as ‘good’. In this case, I need not have worried - ‘great hotel’ would have worked accurately too. Sure, the rooms are small but so are the prices. Fantastically clean and fresh. Staff are beyond friendly and the whole thing just works brilliantly. It’s not located in my favourite part of London but I had specific reasons to be there - and I was actually surprised how much the area had developed into a place where you could have an interesting stay. The proximity to the new Elizabeth line certainly made staying there convenient too. Good job Good Hotel. I recommend unreservedly! "

"What a joy it was to discover this hotel. In addition to all the normal great things you'd look for in a hotel (great location, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, comfort) the hotel had lots of quirky things around that made us grin/laugh out loud/engage in conversations with other guests during our stay. And the breakfast!!! The breakfast!! So much variety. Thank you Moxy Hotel, Stratford. You made our weekend in London so much lovelier."
