The hotel has quite modern funky decor and furniture . Really well located if shopping at Westfield , going to the West Ham match or going to see Abba voyage , which we were . Only fault I would say is the difficulty we had closing our room door and lack of drawer space ( no wardrobes just hooks on wall ) which was ok for the one night we stayed but would be a bit inconvenient if staying longer I think . Lovely bar area and not too pricey . I would stay again in a safe area .

Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was good and all staff were pleasant. TV guide didn't work and couldn't get decaf latte but minor issues for a pleasant stay. Would stay again.

Convenient and comfortable
A very good place to stay. Very convenient for ABBA Voyage which was why we were in London. The bed was comfortable and I loved the way the light under the bed was motion sensitive - very convenient for midnight bathroom visits. Tea and coffee was available in the bar free of charge and the food we ate was good and quickly prepared.

I stayed one night and I don't think I will book again at this hotel. Unless a person ask for it, I don't think they should assign an accessible room to non disabled people. I booked a room with a balcony and there was nowhere to sit. No table or chairs. Inside there was no desk or table to put my staff. I had to place everything on top of the TV which was not practical. The toilet was the worst. The sink way too low and no table or space to put your toothbrush or other toiletries so I had to put my staff on the floor. The cleanliness was not great, the mattress way too soft and the two hamburgers I ordered way too pricey (£47)! Breakfast was ok but the price I paid for the room does not reflect at all the service I received. They were almost one hour late for the check-in and I could only go up to my room one hour late. Carpet was wet for some reason. The Travelodge is way better than the Moxy and there is no chance they will see me again. Sorry! Had to be honest.

A really beautiful hotel. The location is amazing with great links to transport, restaurants and shops. It's so comfy and nice and quiet. The staff are so lovely! I also loved the fact that decorated the lobby and downstairs areas for Halloween which was very fun and unique

Staff lovely, room lovely but unfortunately i did not get any sleep. Windows are not soundproofed and as we were in a room on the side of the train station, all i heard was trains all night. Shower was lovely and property was very clean. I probably would not stay there again due to the noise. Hubby slept fine as he is hard of hearing.
