"Really pleased overall with only one minor issue.There is no reduced lighting in the bedroom so when it’s pitch black, going to the loo is a challenge! So a bright light had to be left on which affected sleep. That aside, the ship is spotlessly clean, the staff are attentive and friendly. Will definitely come back."

"The staff were most helpful in meeting all my needs and providing all necessary information for me to get through the hotel; retained my luggage temporarily when asked for; provided a comfortable bedroom with excellent facilities; and even helped me get back into my room when I inadvertently locked myself out. The transport links from here are convenient, but it is testament to the hard work of the staff that they made my stay as stress-free as possible. Would certainly recommend for anyone going to ExCeL London or nearby."

The room had a pared-back simplicity but without feeling cheap. Should have made time for the rooftop cafe, maybe next time! "
