"Check in was efficient and we were greeted by Redz who was very welcoming and made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Room was good, clean and spacious. If I had one issue I found the bed a little hard and uncomfortable and the two nights I didn’t sleep too good. We ate one night in the restaurant, we were served by Alex who again offered us excellent service. We did have a few issues with the food being cold and Alex did his best to rectify this. It was a great location to stay for Excel and although we have mentioned a few issues we would recommend the hotel and would choose to stay again. "

"Fabulous 2 night stay, lovely large room, comfy bed, super coffee machine, only 1 small niggle, -5° outside, when we returned to the hotel late afternoon, the room was a touch cold and took a short while to heat back up. Breakfast was excellent quality and plentiful, slightly disappointed with the choice on offer, given the cost of the stay we were expecting exceptional, we have had better elsewhere however, it was still very good and certainly wouldnt complain. Location good for getting around. Overall great experience and will return again in future. Will def"

"Modt everything was great about the stay. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. Most staff were friendly and helpful. There were a couple who it seemed like to look busy and meant we had to wait to be served at the bar/front desk The only gripe we had was the drainage in the shower was incredibly slow so the tray filled up quite quickly and sould still have a bit of water in the bottom when the next person went in making it a tad slippery"

"We booked this hotel as it was near to Stratford Underground/Westfields & Abba Stadium and its the perfect location as you can walk to the Abba stadium in around 20 mins. The Hotel was lovely, staff friendly & efficient and the room was on 8th floor and very comfy & spacious.... So lovely hotel with great location for all we needed. Also a lovely walk around Stratford Village and olympic village on the doorstep."
