"This hotel was roomy for a London hotel. Very convenient for us to be a short walk to restaurants and the cable car to the O2 arena. Conveniently located near Excel and the Elizabeth Line railway, which took us to Heathrow Airport any many tourist attractions without having to change trains. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Maid service daily "

"The staff were welcoming, the room was good although the shower had quite a bit of mould in it, also the shower went cold while I was using it, overall for what we paid for the night we were happy with it and would stay there again, it just needs a bit of tlc "

"I cannot praise the staff enough, so helpful & informative. The guy on reception, I think his name was Paul, was amazing. We were visiting for Parkrun, which was a stones throw away from the hotel. The hotel offers free parking right outside for blue badge holders, which we weren’t expecting in London. Food was good, hotel room compact but comfy & lovely soft towels. Although there isn’t a TV - who really needs one ? Would highly recommend if you want to do Victoria Dock Parkrun. ❤️🏃‍♀️"
