"I was put into room 315 twin room for me and my daughter and I was disappointed at the condition of the carpet stained on the entrance to the room and the back of the bathroom door wood panel chipped at the bottom. Also the painted surface near the toilet area was black from mould. I would not say this was a 3 star hotel more like a 2 star for the condition of the room I was put into and not liking the view at the back of the room looking at a derelict building not a pretty view. "Did not like how the shower was with the water running straight to the floor and not the drain and would need to put a towel to soak up the water. The hotel was conveniently located to all shops and 10 min walk to the station which was perfect for me."

"For budget London accommodation I was impressed with the Forest Gate Hotel. Pros: quiet location, easy walking distance to the tube (Olympic park 2stops away), affordable (for London prices), clean sheets, comfy bed, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee in room. Fire doors and a solid door lock. Shared toilet and showers but they are clean enough, a decent size and will good locks on the door. "The flat itself was great but finding it and getting in the property was a nightmare and were not very helpful at first explaining where it was until I sent deposit and had to do this in the street with two cases phone wallet and bank card open "

"On intiak check in were allocated a room which was unsanitary and snelt of human waste. This was coming from a room near by in which the man was put in by the council. I went down to the reception and they knew what floor i was on by the sound of my voice. Yes they moved me, but we were there for a concert and wanted to get ready. The next room we were placed in, the plug sockets were not working. Again, asked to move. However as we were due to a concert we did not have time to mive again"
