"What a lovely, welcoming stay! Greeted with cookies, coffee, etc! The room was complete with a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and everything we needed. Wonderful!"

"After staying at other hotels in Rancho Cordova this time stayed at the Hawthorne. From the outside it did no look like much, but the minute you walk inside you can see things are getting better, yes some things still need repair and updating. This hotel is in the middle of refurbishment and this brings me great hope. The staff could not have been nicer. My room had new flooring , new bed, new couch and updated bathroom. A few nice touches are good wifi, many tv channels, even tea bags not just coffee.. Breakfast is different, it changes every day and they plated it for me, it was tasty. Only Taco Bell and McDs are walkable, drive to Sunrise, or Zinfandel Dr for more food options . I hope to stay here again soon "
