"The staff are extremely kind, helpful and friendly. The luggage holding service was nice so we continued activities after checkout and prior to leaving Chiba. "The elevator system needs work. They take a long time whether you are going up or down. Onsen has rules against tattoos which are not mentioned in the tv information section. The APA HOTEL I stayed at in Osaka mentioned the rule so when I stayed at this one and saw it didn't mention the rule I thought it was OK"
