I didn't know I had to prebook the private onsen bath room that doesn't belong to this hotel, thus I could not use it. I had to travel far out to enjoy a hot springs bath. There was a noisy thumping group above my room on my last night there past midnight. I told the staff and the noise stopped eventually."
