I had mistakenly booked a room with only one bed. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite and helped me arrange for a new room with more beds and guided me through the new charges which were very affordable. We had a wonderful stay despite the initial stress. The hotel is very close to Shin-Fukushima station and getting around was easy! The hotel was very clean and quiet after a long day of site seeing. Would highly recommend!

There were many convenient dining options nearby! Super walkable area with restaurants to explore. The JR station is right outside the hotel which makes getting around very easy. The room was very specious with a great view. There’s a convenience store right next to it plus other restaurants including McDonalds for the kids. The train station is within walking distance which makes it convenient to get around. Overall we enjoyed stay.

This hotel was a little run down for Japanese standards. The first room we had had leaking toilet and smelled of cigarettes. Second room the carpet was ripped but decided it was better than the other one. And it smelled of cigarettes. The good thing about this hotel was that it had a nice view and the best feature was the natural hot spring water that left my skin soft and smooth. The location was central location to everything.
