Fabulous property that features a great onsen bath facility along with sauna and outside foot bath. The only problem with this property is that it is a healthy walk from public transportation. It is convenient to INTEX as I was here for the marathon. INTEX is about a block away. There is also no other shops and restaurants in the area except for a Family Mart and a 7-11 near the station. The property has a buffet breakfast which I did not try but is available.

出張で2泊、今回で2回目の利用です。安かったバリアフリーの部屋を利用しました。バリアフリーということなのか1Fの部屋を提供されたのですが、目の前の通路が上層階へ向かうエレベーターへの通路になっていて、とにかく宿泊客の足音と人の声、ガタガタと何かを転がす音が夜中過ぎまで聞こえてきました。特に人の声は通りがよく、部屋の中まで会話が丸聞こえなほどです。常時聞こえてくるわけではありませんが、宿泊客が通るたびにイラっとさせられました。設備は古臭いですが寝るだけなら問題なく値段なりといえます。

大阪万博の会場に近くお値段も安いので良かったのですが 日本人のスタッフの方一人ぐらいは受付にいらっしゃると良いのでは？と思ったのと、大浴場に置いてある籠の数と ドライヤーの数があまりにもあってないとおもいます。 しかも、ドライヤーを使わないのにずっと鏡の前のイスからどかない方がいらっしゃったので、学生の方々が何となくドライヤーを使えずにいて可哀そうでした。ホテルから貼り紙でもよいので、終わったら次の人に代わってあげてみたいのが貼ってあると良いのでは？

子連れ家族４人で3泊利用しました。 USJ、海遊館に自家用車にて片道20分圏内。 最寄り駅(徒歩20分ほどの距離)へのシャトルバスもあって便利だが午後の便はないようです。 ホテルのコンビニは閉館してるが徒歩5分ほどの距離の別ホテルの1階にファミマがあるので特に問題に感じなかった。 宿泊した館内は各階に洗濯機(無料)が備えられており子連れ連泊には大変助かりました！ 乾燥機は宿泊した階には無かったがフロントに確認したところ他階3か所設置されてあることを教えて頂き(無料)連泊中利用させて頂きました！ 大浴場にサウナや露天風呂もあったがシャワー(レバーを押すと一定時間出る)が10秒程程しか出ない為そこは不便に感じた笑 全体的に良好に感じました。家族も満足しておりまた必ず利用します！！本当にありがとうございました！

駐車場がわかりにくかったので電話をしたが誰も出ない。フロントに行き確認してタイムズの駐車場を利用した。廊下の声がうるさかった。お風呂場は寒く露天風呂にお湯が無くて残念だった。 朝食に1人千円支払ったが簡単なバイキングのみでもう少し品数が欲しかった。
