Beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The robot taking the food to the rooms from the bakery was adorable. It was in a nice location for Universal. We would definitely stay there again.

Can not rate Art Hotel highly enough! Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with an incredible view of Osaka Bay (we were on floor 43) right by a station. All staff encountered were pleasant, professional and very helpful and patient when we tried to organise luggage transfer. Will definitely stay again!

Convenient place to stay if you plan of going to Universal Studios and exploring within Osaka. Local station within a 5 min walk from the hotel is a stopping point for the local Osaka loop which allowed us to explore heaps of areas throughout Osaka Hotel its self was clean and functional we had dinner at the restaurant on floor 51 (Buffet) was delicious and we would be stay here again next holiday.
