"The property was nice but lacking as there is nowhere to store you clothes other than a small area to hang things in bathroom. The problem with that is your clothes are always wet. Don’t make sense to put it in the bathroom. There were no draws or television. Also people should know there are many steps to get to your room or front desk/restaurant area."

"The room is clean and dark so good for sleeping. The walls are a bit thin if you are super sensitive to noise. You have to walk awhile for breakfast (but you could drive), so if you have an elderly person, it could be a bit of a walk! But the breakfast is pretty nice and the view is really nice. This is right in town. There’s a fun bridge to walk to for going to some of the rooms and nature is all around—you might see monkeys or toucans if you get up on the earlier side. "Beautiful location, stunning mountain views and the clouds just roll on in to your balcony. Walking distance to some cool places and restaurants. They have a good shuttle service to the forest. Only feedback is some of the staffs attitudes, 2 of the employees were helpful, friendly and kind. The rest seemed snobby and almost judgemental. Could've been 5 stars if it weren't for that. We were WELL AWARE of our checkout time, yet walked by the front desk and stated we are going to pack. 5 minutes...

"Lovely clean place, lovely staff and away from the street sounds. But the stairs to my room were really steep and the mattress was the old spring type. I just couldn't get comfortable enough to sleep on it. I managed to put my pillows in a line to sleep a bit. The weather was perfectly cool even with the late afternoon rain. For transportation, walk to the City Central and get a taxi there because It's cheaper that way. (No Uber so far away from city). I had a lovely short stay. "
