"Beautiful resort , emerged into the lush jungle. Rich landscape everywhere you look. Ponds, lots of hot springs (different types and sizes, fun swim up bar), 2 pools with fast fun slides, wildlife (nature walk) and a trail up the mountain to a viewpoint of Volcano. The setting is just amazing. The breakfast was solid but didnt change much day to day. The wet bar pool menu was tasty, fresh and very affordable. We had dinner there once and it was okay. Nothing amazing. Service was good for all our meals especially at the pool bar. The room was basic but very clean. Nice balcony overlooking the beautiful landscaping. We saw lots of toucans around. Wish the room had more hooks or places to hang towels/swim clothes etc. the bathroom smelled a bit of sewage. However the staff did a great job cleaning the rooms daily. No bugs at all inside . Loved the proximity to the town and all the activities. Would definitely recommend "

"Staff was great and hotel was beautiful. Food was good but could be better. Because we traveled during the holiday busy week, it took us an hr to get to downtown la Fortuna. So, most nights we decided to stay at the hotel for dinner. It would be nice if things stayed open later like the hot springs and kids club, etc. But the service was exceptional. Free laundry machines to wash your clothes and shoe dryer was a bonus! "

"We had a wonderful stay here and the staff are lovely! It is a great place for a few nights and Diego is warm, welcoming and was very helpful helping us plan our time in the area. We were pleasantly surprised with a beautifully decorated room as we were there celebrating our honeymoon and my husband's birthday. Our only comment was that the safe wasn't secured to anything in our room. "

"Beautiful property near the Cloud Forest Reserve. It feels secluded but it’s close to everything. Check-in was super easy and the staff was very friendly. The 3 bedroom cabin was cozy and lovely especially the outdoor seating area. Would definitely stay again!"
